Sales Admin

Sales Admin

Responsibilities:
  • The candidate is responsible for to serve company’s existing customers for sales quotation and attend enquiries from new customer.
  • Provide sales support to managers involve in normal sales admin scope of work such as handle phone calls, preparing sales quotation.
  • Getting sales quotation from various suppliers and vendors
  • Maintain effective communication with all internal and external support sales services which include outdoor visit to customer office etc
Requirements:
  • Enjoy doing direct communicating to customers over the phone
  • Confidence as well as good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Having an energetic and outgoing personality is advantageous
  • A team player and also able to work independently

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Offer IT products and  services to new and corporate customers
  • ­Build customer loyalty through excellent customer service etiquette and attention to customer needs
  • ­Follow through from sales end to end
  • ­Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:
  • 2 to 3 years of IT sales experience preferred

Oracle DB Consultant

Responsibilities:
  • Installing Oracle software
  • Creating Oracle databases
  • Performing upgrades of the database and software to new release levels
  • Starting up and shutting down the database
  • Managing the database’s storage structures
  • Managing users and security
  • Managing schema objects, such as tables, indexes, and views
  • Making database backups and performing recovery when necessary
  • Proactively monitoring the database’s health and taking preventive or corrective action as required
  • Monitoring and tuning performance, Capacity planning for database environment
  • Implementation of Oracle Database and related components such as RAC, Goldengate and Dataguard etc
  • (Optional) Implementation of Oracle Weblogic and related components
Requirements:
  • Min 1 years’ experience
  • Work in office/home to support projects remotely or onsite

Cyber Security Consultants

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for drafting scope of work for database / cyber security related project.
  • Responsible for implementation of client’s cyber/IT security software and processes which includes security policies, procedure, standards and guidelines.
  • Provide cyber/IT security consultancy and advisory to client in management and enhancement within the cyber security project scopes
  • Manage the client’s expectation, actively engage clients, co-workers, in delivering project requirements
  • Training and guidance will be provided in initial periods
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a Security Analyst would be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduate from IT Security fields will be considered
  • Experience in any cyber security products and databases would be an added advantage
  • Additional certifications such as ECSA, CompTIA Security+, CISSP or equivalent will be an added advantage
